In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in management and leadership from Bluefield College. Supporting her every step of the way is her husband, Leland Barber, who manages equipment and building maintenance with over 30 years of contracting experience. He also serves as CEO of SRQ Recycling Plastics, bringing valuable business expertise to the team. Together, Anita and Leland share a passion for community and family. They are proud parents of three children, grandparents to eight, and great-grandparents to two.
