Personalized items can only be returned if there is a defect or mistake on our part. Please review your digital proof carefully before approval to avoid errors.

What file types are accepted for custom design uploads?
We accept file types such as PNG, SVG, JPG, and PDF for custom design uploads. For embroidery and detailed prints, vector files like SVG or AI are preferred.
Can I choose the colors and fonts for my custom design?
Absolutely! You can choose from our available color and font options when placing your order. Custom color requests may also be accommodated upon request.
Is there an additional cost for intricate designs?
